Initial Evaluation Session (75 mins): $250

Follow-up Session (53 mins): $200 per session

I do not work directly with insurance for payment of services.  Please contact your insurance company and ask about your "out-of-network provider" coverage.  Upon payment, I can provide you a receipt/documentation generally needed so you can submit out of network insurance or health savings account (HSA, flexible spending accounts etc...) requests.  Please be aware that this receipt/documentation includes your private health information such as diagnosis and type of psychological service received, etc..

Payment is due at time of service.  I accept cash, check, or major credit cards including HSA cards (processed through Ivy Pay). 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.  Missed or late cancellations will be billed at the full session fee.
